Burlington Library Association
The
Busy Bay is an area in the children's room where toddlers
can engage in activities while parents/caretakers are browsing in the
children's area. This early library experience is intended to
encourage regular reading habits in young children. Thanks to
the creative volunteer efforts of BLA members Dawn Markelon, Kim Robinson and Christina
Tobin, this special area includes
puzzles, a three-level doll house, Lego™ table, train set, and a new collection of
Board Books. In addition
to the BLA, Home Depot and Target Stores also
contributed to making this pleasant nook possible.
